When the payment is transferred (credited) to our bank or when we receive confirmation from the bank, we start the work of despatching the goods.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Madurai based customers (within 5 Kms range) will be provided same day delivery, for the orders placed before 3 PM. For any queries, kindly contact the number provided in the Contact page. The orders will be shipped ONLY to the delivery address provided by you, in our database. If you want your products to be shipped another address, then kindly inform us immediately, before delivery!
At kannadiyar, we take all necessary steps to deliver the product safely and securely to your address. Delivery time will vary depending on location of the customers. Only after receiving the payment, we despatch the goods.

Kannadiyar.com believes in trusting customers to make the right choices. If you have a sudden change of mind due to unforseen situations, we have very liberal cancellation policies.
Unfortuantely, you have to cancel an order that has been placed, we urge you to kindly do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product has been shipped (whichever is the earliest).
If you receive the product, we are very sorry to inform you that, we accept returns only if there are defects in the product/ products.
Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order which will be notified via the email that is used during the payment process/ login id.
In case of complaints, regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we'll help you regarding the same.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at (+91) 95247 77272 or email us at support@kannadiyar.com mentioning your Order ID (along with any photos). We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories included with the product at the time of delivery;
